Free consultation

After you fill out the form below, we make a video - call, where we get to know each other, we present the estimate budget according to your request and discuss your event

Signing the contract

We send you the contract to sign and after the signing, you make a downpayment and we start with the planning

Concept discussion

We discuss your vision and preferences and create a unique concept, which reflects it

Venue search and booking

According to your wishes and the concept of the celebration, we search for a perfect venue. Once we found it, we book it for you and make a downpayment to secure your date

Team selection

Selection of the contractors for the event, signing the contracts with them and making downpayments for them

Decor moodboard presentation

Visual presentation of the decor concept and discussion, calculating the decor budget according to selected items

Menu selection

You select the menus according to your guests’ preferences and make a seating plan for us, which we modify to a detailed professional seating chart for the catering / restaurant

Preparation of the timeline

We prepare a detailed timeline for you and for the specialists, so everything is organized and everyone knows the plan of the celebration

Finalizing the budget

We finalize all the expenses before the wedding and discuss them with you

Event Day

We coordinate your celebration and make sure everything goes smoothly, meanwhile you enjoy this day and don’t worry about the rest

Feedback

We ask you to give us your feedback and control that you get all the pictures and videos from the specialists
